From Monday to Saturday there are two departures, at 10:30 and 12:00. On Sundays, the tour departs at 15:00.

The tour is accessible for people with reduced mobility. In that case, the route starts at the Cathedral and from there access is gained to the Royal Chapel. In this mode, neither the Royal Chapel museum nor the Cathedral sacristy are accessible. Baby strollers are not a problem for the tour.
The tour is suitable for families with children. Pets are not allowed.
You can cancel the tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. If cancellation is requested with less notice or you do not attend the meeting point, no refund will be given.
