- The starting point is Plaza Bib-Rambla, next to the Giants' Fountain. The visit normally concludes inside the Cathedral, in the Sacristy area. If the group prefers to finish outside, the tour ends at Gran Vía de Colón.
- Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the Royal Chapel. Inside the Cathedral, photography is permitted except in the sacristy and museum areas.
